1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is IT Zlecenia Grzegorz Konopka, ul. Traugutta 10, 26-700 Zwoleń, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8111708077, REGON 146220263, operating under the brand ToKKo Games.

For any matter concerning personal data, write to kontakt@tokkogames.com. We reply within one month at the latest.

2. What this policy covers

Future ToKKo Games titles will be added here before they reach the store.

3. Data stored on your device

The game stores the following in your phone's memory:

This data is not sent to us. If Android backup is turned on, the system may include it in a backup on your Google account. That backup is managed by Google and by you in your phone's settings.

To delete the game's data, uninstall the game or clear the app's data in Android settings.

4. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game is free and is funded partly by ads. They are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

What data

Why

To show full-screen ads between levels and rewarded ads (for example extra moves after a loss), to measure their performance and to prevent fraud. You only watch a rewarded ad when you choose that option. The "No ads" purchase turns off full-screen ads.

Your consent

On first launch in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form, which follows the IAB TCF standard. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent. Without it, Google may show non-personalised or limited ads.

You can change your choice at any time in game Settings → Ad consent. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads).

Legal basis

Personalised ads and storing information on the device for ads: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Non-personalised ads, measurement and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in funding a free game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google processes some of this data as a separate controller under its own terms: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partners' apps.

5. In-game purchases (Google Play)

In the game you can buy coins, a starter pack and the "No ads" option. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your card or other payment details.

Google Play gives us transaction information: order number, product, price, currency, country and date. We need it to grant purchased items, handle any complaint or refund, and settle taxes.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep transaction data for the period required by tax law, usually 5 years from the end of the year in which the payment was made.

6. Ratings, notifications, permissions

Rating prompt

After a few completed levels the game may show Google Play's system rating dialog. Your rating and review go to Google Play under Google's terms. We see them just like any other store review.

Daily reward reminder

If you allow it, the game reminds you about the daily reward with a notification about a day after you last played. The notification is scheduled locally on your phone, with no server and no push identifier. You can turn it off in game Settings or in Android settings.

The game does not use location, camera, microphone, contacts or your files.

7. Website and email

The www.tokkogames.com website uses no cookies, analytics tools, external fonts or scripts.

The website is hosted by OVH (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). Like any server, it keeps an access log: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser type and response code. This is used for security and running the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept according to the provider's settings, for no longer than 12 months.

If you write to us, we process your email address and the message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and then until any possible claims become time-barred.

8. Who receives data

We don't sell personal data.

9. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google may also process data in the United States and other countries. This is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates, and on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

10. Children

Rondo is a game for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. In Poland, a person aged 16 or over can consent on their own to data processing in online services. A younger person needs the consent of a parent or guardian.

If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Your rights

You have the right to:

Because the game has no accounts, we cannot link data held in Google's systems to you personally. The fastest way to manage it is in your Google account settings, Android ad settings and game Settings → Ad consent. For anything else, write to kontakt@tokkogames.com.

We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects. Personalised ad selection is performed by Google, with your consent.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we process data changes, for example when a new feature or service is added to the game. The new version appears on this page with its effective date. We will also mention significant changes in the game's update notes on Google Play.
