Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · effective 17 September 2026

In short

1. Who provides the service

IT Zlecenia Grzegorz Konopka, ul. Traugutta 10, 26-700 Zwoleń, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8111708077, REGON 146220263, operating under the brand ToKKo Games. Contact: kontakt@tokkogames.com.

2. What these terms cover

They apply to the ToKKo Games mobile games — currently Rondo and Bagfight — and to the www.tokkogames.com website. Google Play has its own terms for distribution and payments; these terms do not limit your rights there.

3. Account and access

Rondo needs no account. Bagfight creates an anonymous account automatically on first launch; you may optionally link a Google account so you can restore progress on another device. Keep your device secure: whoever uses it can use your account.

You may delete your Bagfight account at any time in the game's settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, including any unused virtual currency and purchased cosmetics.

The games require an age of at least 13 (or the age your local law sets for using online services without a guardian's consent).

4. Fair play

Please do not: modify the game or its network traffic, use bots or automation, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, share accounts, buy or sell accounts or items for real money, or harass other players.

If we detect such behaviour we may warn you, remove wrongly gained progress, or block the account. We act proportionately and you can always appeal by email — we answer within 14 days.

5. Purchases and virtual items

In-game purchases are handled by Google Play. Prices shown in the store include VAT.

Virtual currencies, cosmetics and passes are a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

A purchase is delivered to your account right after Google confirms the payment. If it does not appear, restart the game (it re-checks automatically) and write to us if that does not help.

Right of withdrawal. Digital content is delivered immediately, so by buying you agree to immediate performance and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins. This does not affect your statutory rights when the product is faulty. Refunds are requested through Google Play; we support every justified request.

We may change prices and the contents of packs for the future. Items already bought stay with you.

6. Ads

The games are funded by ads and optional purchases. Rewarded ads are always voluntary and you see what you get before you watch. Full-screen ads appear only between matches, never during play. The "No ads" purchase removes the full-screen ones.

7. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the servers running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability: maintenance, failures, and changes at Google or at our hosting provider happen. We may update the games, balance them, add and retire features and seasonal content.

If we ever shut a game's servers down, we will announce it in the game and on this website at least 30 days in advance and will stop selling in-game purchases immediately.

8. Liability

We are liable under Polish law. For consumers, nothing here limits statutory rights, including warranty for defects in digital content. We are not liable for damage caused by your device, your internet connection, or the use of the games contrary to these terms.

9. Complaints and disputes

Write to kontakt@tokkogames.com, describing the problem and (for Bagfight) your friend code. We reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or ask a local consumer ombudsman for help.

10. Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page with an effective date, and announce important ones in the game. Continuing to play after the effective date means accepting the new version; if you disagree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

11. Applicable law

Polish law applies. For consumers this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence.
